**Position Status**:Permanent Full Time

**:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and General Manager of PBD, the Account Manager is primarily responsible for the current client accounts and for client satisfaction. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, as well as represent client needs and goals. In addition, the Account Manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Review all major deliverables (i.e. services/products, prices/fees, needs/space/promotions) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales Manager of any problems that may arise.
- Conduct rate reviews, handle billing disputes and credits with customers upon request.
- Approves change orders, creates invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
- Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate client needs, usage, and assistance requirements.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Communicates the client's goals and represents the client's interests to the Sales Manager.
- Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Be able to lift and push up to 50Lbs.
- Merchandise customers’ coolers and shelves.
- Build creative displays when needed.
- Ability to travel and be away from home multiple days a week, including overnight travel if needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Graduate.
- College Graduate Preferred. (Business/Marketing)
- Supplemental administrative/financial coursework.
- Minimum 3 years account/project management experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-year administrative experience with computer systems.
- Clean and Valid Class 5 Driver's License
