All These positions require hands on experience. These are progressive position that will lead to a Supervisory role.

** Qualifications and Skills:
Two years of Residential and Commercial renovations experience minimum : Ability to move quickly and lift heavy object

** Required experience:
Residential and Commercial renovations: 2 years

** Required education:
High school or equivalent

**General Experience & Knowledge Requirements for Construction Workers**
**- Good to Haves**

Ø An undergraduate degree or equivalent is preferred. It’s not all about the degree, but if you earned it, you likely know how to complete things full circle and hold yourself accountable for results.

Ø Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. We need to be high communicators to our clientele and internally with our teams.

Ø Exceptional customer service skills. Without customers, our business wouldn’t exist. This is how we differentiate ourselves.

Ø Strong problem solving skills. Working in a start-up entrepreneurial environment means things move fast. As a result, we are resourceful, think quick on our feet and share new knowledge with our teams.

Ø Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a desire to continuously improve processes. We want to work smarter, not harder.

Ø You may not have all of the above, but if you’re open to coaching and guidance, we will train you to succeed.
**- Must Haves - These are non-negotiable**

Ø Valid driver’s license (preferably full G license) with a clean driving record. We can provide the vehicle but you have to know how to drive it.

Ø Ability to lift up to 50lbs of weight (unfortunately, Some Items, can get heavy).

Ø High energy (We won’t lie. You’ll be on your feet most of the day and doing highly physical work)

Ø Meticulous attention to detail (We understand mistakes can happen but we need someone that will ensure mistakes are a rarity here.)

**Salary**: From $50,136.00 per year
