Optometric Assistant/sales Associate

We are an optometry office in east Toronto, looking for a motivated, permanent full-time, Optometric Assistant or Optometric Sales Associate.

Duties include, but not exhaustive:

- Greet patients
- Book and confirm appointments
- Manage patient flow
- Triage
- Take payments
- OHIP and medical billing
- File and maintain proper records
- Follow all office, health, safety, and privacy policies
- Selecting, measuring, ordering and adjusting eyewear for patients
- Manage optical inventory
- Other duties as required

Work Week:

- Monday - Friday and one Saturday per month

Wages and increases will be based on experience and job performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Optometric Assistant certification (preferred)
