**About the Role**:
We are looking for a lawyer who is confident in managing a range of family law matters independently, from initial consultations through to negotiated settlements or contested trials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse family law caseload, including matters involving parenting, support, property division, and agreements
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Prepare pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal opinions
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely, respectful communication
- Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and case development

**Qualifications**:

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Minimum 3 years of experience in family law
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Client-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and high emotional-stakes files with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with dispute resolution and courtroom advocacy
- _S_alary to be negotiated and commensurate with experience.
