Landscape Construction Crew Leader/lead Hand

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to assess, manage and lead project sites by successfully reading blueprints and implementing installation of a landscape design
- Work closely with your operations manager to: maintain efficient operations and project budgets while providing leadership to your crew
- Supervise a construction crew of 3-5 employees
- Operate/supervise the safe operation of a variety of equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, sod cutters, laser level, etc.
- Grading & Installation of Natural & Pre-cast products
- Maintain assigned equipment and reports required repairs
- Support Jeff's Outdoor safety, performance and culture
- Winter season snow removal (with higher hourly rate and monthly bonus pay for attendance)

**Requirements**:

- Advanced landscape construction knowledge learned through 7+ years of hardscape installation experience
- 5+ years of Construction Foreman experience supervising 2 or more staff
- Basic knowledge of Plant Material and Installation procedures
- Full G license with clean abstract or CVOR
- Professional & Punctual
- Good communication skills with both teammates & clients

**Salary**: $1,500.00-$2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Interlock Installation: 7 years (preferred)
- Crew Leader/Foreman: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G License (preferred)
