- Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
- Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner.
- Validate/verify completion of construction activities in assigned IDR and assists construction with readiness of work area for release to different contractors.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication among construction, quality, technical services and other contractors to ensure the timely flow of interdisciplinary release review and sign off.
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure that quality checks are complete prior to IDR sign-off.
- Verify and check the readiness of area for access and indirect support prior to release of area to receiving contractor.
- Interface with Technical Services to ensure that there is no pending or outstanding RFI/FCN for respective area for release.
- Attend LNGC daily SIMOPS meeting as required.
- Hold regular meetings with releasing and receiving contractors.
- Use Construction Automation Tools (Smart Plant Construction, Navisworks, EPIC Dashboard) to verify the readiness of scope in interdisciplinary release.
- Maintain IDR logs and generate reports as required for construction management.
- Supports the implementation of the streamlined interdisciplinary release as per site directive.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- Typically has 10-15 years of experience with progressive and varied experience in construction activities.
- Must have direct working experience on industrial projects with electrical, structural, mechanical, and piping disciplines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal, listening and communications skills, capacity to build trust among internal and external stakeholders.
- Established track record as self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stress and challenging environments.
- Team player - ability to influence without authority and support the success of a team.
- Must have excellent English verbal and writing language skills.
