**Job Title**: QA Analyst
** Location**: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite, Tue, Wed, Thu)

**Duration**: 13 months

**Contract Type**: T4/IC

**Pay Rate**: $68.96/Hour

**Role Mandate**:

- Detects solution failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
- Generates historical analysis of test results and maintains a list/repository of defects.
- This individual would regularly interact with QA 's from other teams within client and with external vendors.

**Role Responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinates with the appropriate parties to create test plans, execute the test plan, monitoring progress, and escalating as required
- Experience with creating test cases and requirements traceability.
- Assists with creation of synthetic data for SIT testing. Any exposure in using GenAI to create synthetic test data would be highly preferable.
- Coordinates the work of SIT and UAT testers and ensures defects are being entered in ALM.
- Coordinates with developers to conduct root cause analysis and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the PM to track QA activities and provide status updates on a regular basis.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Test data creation. Exposure to GenAI to generate test data would be an asset.
- Data analysis/modelling skills
- Strong understanding of Wealth and Finance systems
- SQL - writing, executing complex queries and analyzing results
- Test metrics understanding and creation
- Prior experience with large migration and modernization projects
