**About KLM Soccer Club**

Kensington Little Mountain Soccer Club is a community-driven club dedicated to fostering player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We offer programs for players from U4 to U18, including recreational, divisional, and academy-level training. As we prepare for the upcoming season, we are seeking passionate and committed coaches to join our team and help shape the next generation of soccer players.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead engaging training sessions in alignment with KLM’s development philosophy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages player growth and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their technical and tactical skills.
- Ensure all players receive equal opportunities for participation and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and club staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.
- Attend games, tournaments, and club meetings as required.
- Adhere to club policies, including safety procedures and code of conduct.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Prior coaching experience in youth soccer (preferred but not required).
- Minimum NCCP Fundamentals or Soccer for Life certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young athletes and fostering a positive soccer experience.
- Ability to commit to scheduled training sessions and games throughout the season.
- First Aid & CPR certification (preferred).
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (mandatory before starting).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Pay Range**: $20-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
