We are currently seeking 8-10 skilled _**Heavy Equipment Technicians with FRAC experience**_ to join our _**Grande Prairie team**_. This role offers a **15/6 or 15/13 rotational schedule** and provides the opportunity to work both at our Grande Prairie facility and in various customer locations. Reporting to the Lead Service Technicians, you’ll take on a variety of exciting projects while being part of a dynamic, safety-first team.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

- The completion of 500-hour inspections and services
- The inspection and maintenance of hydraulic systems, including hose replacements
- Service of power end fluid and filters
- Replacement of engine and transmission cooler, including cooling system flush
- Replacement of engine seals, turbo, head, cylinder pack and injectors.
- Major component swings (Transmission, Engine, and Rad bundles)
- Perform pre and post repair run up testing of customer units
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel and dual fuel engines
- Develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to the customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized service area while ensuring tool functionality
- Communicate unresolved issues to the Service Coordinator and Team Leads
- Complete required documentation at high-quality including JSA, service worksheets, time sheets, warranty claims, quality control documents, and picture documentation
- Willingness and ability to support other field staff and work overtime hours as required
- All other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**

Required
- Journeyperson Certification, Heavy Equipment Technician
- Experience with repairing fracturing equipment:

- CAT 3512 engines, TH55 and TH48 transmissions
- Cummins QSK50
- Detroit 60 and MTU engines
- Hydraulic system maintenance and repair
- Tractor and trailer services
- Manufacturer specific troubleshooting systems (SIS, CAT ET, Cummins Insite, etc.)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
