About Spot’s Place

We’re a **locally owned and operated** dog daycare that offers a safe, clean, and fun environment for dogs to play, learn, and socialize. Our team is committed to high standards of care, positive reinforcement, and creating a welcoming experience for both pups and their people.

What You’ll Do:
As a **Canine Care Team Member**, you'll:

- Lead and supervise playgroups of various dog breeds and sizes
- Keep dogs safe, stimulated, and happy through structured play
- Maintain a clean and sanitized playroom environment
- Learn basic dog behavior, body language, and handling skills
- Monitor play and respond appropriately to behavior and safety needs
- Support other team members and contribute to a fun, team-focused environment
- Assist with dog spa services (baths, nail trims - training provided)

A large part of your day will be dedicated to keeping the playroom spotless and secure. You’ll be trained on our cleaning protocols and expected to maintain a high standard of care.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must absolutely love dogs
- Ability to be on your feet and active for the entire shift
- Available for **morning (6:30 AM-2:00 PM), afternoon (2 PM-7 PM)**, and **weekend shifts (6 AM-1 PM or 1 PM-8 PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM)**:

- Willing to work holidays and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable leading a group of dogs confidently after training
- Attention to detail, especially in cleaning and safety practices

**Remote Work**: Not available - all positions are on-site
