**Rogers Sales Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Present service offerings clearly and persuasively, emphasizing value and business impact
- Act as the primary contact for customers, engaging through targeted outreach and inquiries
- Assess individualized needs and recommend tailored internet and wireless solutions to boost operations
- Address questions and objections to close sales and guide clients through enrollment
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs for new business customer acquisition
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions to support service delivery
- Stay current on products, promotions, and business tech trends through ongoing training

**Rogers Sales Advisor Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework is desired
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence
- Active listener with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to customer needs
- Quick thinker with solid problem-solving skills in fast-paced sales environments
- Goal-driven with a strong customer service focus and desire to exceed target goals
