**Location**: Montreal, QC, Canada (Onsite)
**Salary**: $29.08 per hour (with a 5-step progression to $33.63 per hour) with overtime opportunities as provided for in our collective agreement.
**Shift premiums**: Afternoon - $0.50 for each hour worked between 18:00 and 23:00. Midnight - $1.00 for each hour worked between 23:00 and 6:00.

We have an exciting opportunity for you Air Canada is looking for Lead Ramp Agents (Station Attendants) to join our airside operations team at the Montreal Airport. There is lots of variety involved in this stimulating position, so you'll need to be highly adaptable as you'll be playing a key part in ensuring that our aircraft are ready for a safe. secure and on-time departures.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
As a Lead Ramp Agent (Station Attendant), you will be managing baggage and freight, plus operating a variety of equipment. You are a working member of the team and will provide guidance, coaching and assistance to Ramp Agents (Station Attendants), so that company standards are met and consistently always applied to ensure safety & optimal customer service, as well as on-time performance. You will also be:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient on-loading and off-loading cargo and passenger baggage \ Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate crew and operational flight activities with all stake holders
- Marshalling or towing aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and deplaning

- Driving and operating aircraft servicing vehicles and equipment

- Ensure compliance with established corporate uniform and safety equipment standards
