Budtender/ Cannabis Educator

As a Budtender you will be the first point of contact to welcome customers into Omkara Cannabis. You will be responsible for creating a enjoyable experience into our store. We are located in Royal Oak.

We are hiring for a part time and full time position. Hours would be between 10:30am to 10pm.

We are looking for budtenders who: Strive in giving an exceptional, yet informative customer experience

Has knowledge about Cannabis and cannabis accessories - this will be considered an asset.

Must have willingness to learn about cannabis products as well as staying informed and upto date with AGLC guidelines/ Sellsafe Roles & Responsibilities:
Adherence to all AGLC guidelines and legislationGreet and assist all customers

Must Verify legal age of all customers on premisesDeveloping ongoing relationships with our customers (eg. Knowing customers names and needs)

Learning our POS systems efficiently and accuratelyBe able to Receive, sort, and label all accessories and cannabis products

Staying up to date with legislative and regulatory developmentsProviding education on new cannabis products and accessories

Mandatory Qualified Cannabis Worker Certificate including criminal background check(QCW) and Sellsafe

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
