Gas Station Attendant

**Shifts Available**:

- Morning shift 6am-2pm (weekend morning shift 7am-3pm)
- Night shift 2pm-11pm

Petro-Canada is looking for a **hardworking**, **organized**, and **efficient** individual to join our team as a Gas Station Attendant / Cashier. This position includes customer service, store maintenance, and handling daily operations both inside and outside the store.

**Experience is preferred**, but **we will train the right person**. You must be dependable, good with basic math, and able to communicate clearly.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Sales**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Operate the cash register
- Sell cigarettes and check ID (must know how to calculate legal age)
- Handle lottery machine and scratch tickets

**Store Operations**:

- Accurately complete shift change paperwork
- Refill coolers and restock shelves after deliveries
- Make and maintain fresh coffee
- Wash and sanitize the ice cream machine

**Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Clean bathroom and store interior
- Sweep, mop, take out garbage, and wipe surfaces
- Clean and maintain outside pump area and garbage bins

**Requirements**:

- Retail or gas station experience is preferred
- Must be **organized**, **efficient**, and **hardworking**:

- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with physical duties (stocking, cleaning, lifting)
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Able to check ID and calculate legal age for restricted sales
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
