**THE ROLE**

We’re looking for an **AI Implementation Specialist** to help us research, evaluate, and integrate AI technologies across both our internal processes and our core product. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by the opportunity to define and lead AI initiatives from the ground up.

This individual will act as a bridge between departments—collaborating with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to uncover pain points, propose solutions, and prototype impactful AI tools that make a difference.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Independently lead the research and evaluation of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into our workflows, both internally and within our product offerings.
- Rapidly prototype and validate AI solutions that solve real customer and business problems.
- Collaborate with developers to move successful prototypes into production.
- Work cross-functionally to understand the needs of various teams and customers.
- Present findings, opportunities, and progress in clear, digestible formats to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Demonstrated passion for AI and integrations through personal projects, side hustles, or past roles.
- Strong understanding of how AI/ML tools can be applied in practical, business-oriented ways (e.g. using LLMs, automation APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex ideas to a range of audiences.
- A self-starter mindset with strong critical thinking, curiosity, and accountability.
- Experience working with technical teams, with a basic understanding of software development processes.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the construction industry or similar operational environments.
