**What You Will Do**
- The main duties and responsibilities include reviewing orders and drawings to determine requirements
- Determine tooling and material size / gauge required to complete the order
- Set up tooling / material to complete the order (as required)
- Run ‘first off’ to verify set-up is correct and product conforms to drawing and company specification
- Produce order quantity as required
- Skid and label all product produced
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Set up coil unloader and feeder system
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Participate in steel recovery program
- Must perform training of all new and existing employees
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Physical Capabilities**
- Mechanical dexterity with good hand eye coordination
- Ability to lift heavy items - weight handling up to 22.5 Kg (50 lbs)

**Required Qualifications**
- Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to three (3) years of machine operating experience is preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Technical background
