Job Title: Planner/Scheduler

Location: Concord, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as needed
- Work closely with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with plant management to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on production performance and progress towards goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes
- Experience with operations management software
