As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our operations and take our escape room to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of game masters and staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the escape room, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring all games and equipment are in top condition.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic, bookings, and repeat business. Engage with the community to promote our escape room as a premier entertainment destination.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter until they leave. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage budgets, track expenses, and work to increase profitability through effective operational strategies.
- **Growth Opportunities**: Play a key role in expanding our business, with potential opportunities for career advancement and involvement in new locations or projects.
