Member Concierge

**Position Summary**:
The Respite Club (TRC) is a unique inclusive indoor Play Centre that operates with a membership model for unlimited fun and functional play, exclusive events, and other perks. We are looking for fun, friendly, and vibrant individuals to foster a welcoming environment for our members and guests. As a **Member Concierge**, you will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in ensuring everyone who visits The Respite Club experiences a sense of belonging. In this position, you will deliver the highest quality customer service while building meaningful relationships, ensuring every child is celebrated, and caregivers feel supported.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Exemplify an inclusive mindset during Interactions with caregivers, and children of all abilities, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of TRC programming, events, pricing, and policies.
- Assist members with booking transactions and general account changes.
- Actively promote and sell memberships, explaining benefits and features to encourage enrollment.
- Address member complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining member satisfaction.
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and hosting member birthday parties and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the Play Centre.
- Other duties / tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year service/reception experience.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of all abilities in any setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the operational hours of TRC.
- Must be fluent (Verbal / Written) in English.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Pre-employment screening, including a background check (police check and vulnerable sector check), First Aid Training and CPR certification.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
