**Position Overview**:
The **Operations Manager** will be responsible for the overall management of our car wash facility, including supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance, managing customer relations, and overseeing inventory and equipment maintenance. You will be an integral part of our leadership team and work closely with other managers to drive company growth and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, from vehicle wash cycles to customer service interactions.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage and supervise a team of car wash attendants, technicians, and customer service staff. Conduct training, set performance expectations, and ensure a positive, motivated work environment.
- **Customer Experience**: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, handling any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure high-quality service delivery and address customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- **Inventory & Supplies Management**: Oversee inventory levels of cleaning products, chemicals, and maintenance supplies. Ensure timely ordering and maintain efficient stock levels to minimize downtime.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that all car wash equipment and machinery is properly maintained, troubleshoot and schedule repairs, and monitor equipment performance to avoid disruptions in service.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all employees are trained on safety procedures.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor daily sales, track operational costs, and help develop strategies for improving profitability. Work with senior management to implement budgets and control expenses.
- **Team Development**: Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance performance and career growth. Lead by example and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to senior management on performance metrics, operational challenges, and customer feedback. Use data to inform decision-making and operational improvements.

Pay: $52,248.49-$58,688.79 per year

Additional pay:
