**Who we need**
Right now, we are adding a Transport Driver to our team in Saskatoon. We need a strong communicator and a roll-up-your-sleeves team player who shares our passion for enriching the lives of the clients we work with. We need a self-directed learner who is results-oriented and driven to complete their deliverables promptly; someone who is genuinely curious about our industry and willing to put in the time and research to learn more. We rely on our Transport Drivers to provide timely and excellent customer service.
**Who you are**
Whether you have worked in the rehabilitation and mobility space in the past or you are looking to jump headfirst into a new career, this is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t like to be constantly stuck behind a desk. You are a process driven individual, who will be responsible for operating an accessible vehicle while transporting kids & adults to school and/or medical appointments throughout the day. You will also assist with delivering medical equipment as well as completing other duties as assigned.

**What you will do**:
- _G_*_reat Customer Service._*_ Y_ou provide best in class service by arriving 10 -15 minutes early to pick up our clients, provide them a clean and sanitized vehicle to ride in while maintaing all Health and Safety procedures at all times_._
- **_Delivery. _**You liaise with the Service Coordinators to ensure accuracy of information and route deliveries. You will spend approximately half of your day on the road delivering mobility equipment and clients in and around the Saskatoon area.
- **_Service Support. _**You will assemble and do some basic troubleshooting and repairs of mobility and accessibility equipment. You will also do deliveries and pick-ups of equipment and be an extra set of hands for some service calls.
- **_Roll up your sleeves._** You will assist your team whenever needed. Whether that means interacting with a customer or helping other team members, you are ready, willing and able to jump into the next task that needs your attention.

You can work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You have an aptitude for hands-on, mechanical work. You can work on your own with little supervision.
- **_Communication Skills. _**You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You are empathetic and can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse.
- **_Technical Skills._** You are a handy person who knows their way around a wrench. You have the ability to make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and can assemble and disassemble equipment with ease. You can participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
