Bilingual Collection Agent
Have experience in collections but don't want to be stuck in a cubicle or on a predictive dialer? Want to be an actual project manager, and have say in the company and how it runs? Want a pension after six months, and the ability to have a hybrid work from home/office routine after an initial training period? Want to be able to flex your schedule to suit your needs?
Kingston Data and Credit is an international credit management and collection agency with branches in Ontario, Quebec, Florida, and Abbotsford BC, and we are looking for a bilingual English/French team member in Cambridge.
We are looking for someone to join our team who can:
- Represent themselves and our company professionally
- Maintain a calm demeanor
- Deal with delinquent consumers
- Either arrange payment or affect action on accounts
- Liaise with our clientele.
We require someone conversant in French, and would prefer someone with experience in first party collection or third party collections (Canada or US), but if you have experience in a related field (client support, legal, call centre, etc) we will certainly consider you.
Our office is unlike a typical third party collection agency... we work smart, not hard. We let our team members manage themselves, and we are willing to let them grow their skills and responsibilities with our company.
We would like to offer our new team member:
- A flexible work schedule
- A starting salary between $2900 and $3300 per month dependent on experience.
- Commissions and bonuses (typically $0-1000 per month)
- Branch profit sharing (typically $0-200 per month)
- Fully paid medical benefits
- Free fitness club membership
- A pension (100% matched by the employer)
- A budget for personal development and learning
If you are interested, please forward your resume, salary expectations, and why you would be a great addition to our team in MS Word, RTF, HTML, or text format. We look forward to hearing from you
