**Job Overview**
We are seeking a warm, experienced and creative Mom and Baby Program Instructor who understands the rhythm of early motherhood and the developmental needs of infants.

**Duties**
- Lead interactive and nurturing classes for moms and babies (0-24) months, integrate gentle baby yoga and stretching safely into class routines.develop and implement instructional plans that align with program objectives.
- Facilitate engaging lessons :music, sensory and bonding activities that promote baby and toddler, participation and understanding.
- support in lesson planning ,program development ,and studio setup.
- Maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, utilizing strong leadership skills to guide moms and babies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to children and parents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings and share best practices and occasionally assist with studio events ,photo sessions or community demos.
- Utilize effective time management strategies to ensure all instructional goals are met within designated timelines.

**Experience**
- Previous teaching or instructional experience in early childhood programs like Mom and baby,Baby yoga is required.
- CPR/first aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.
- Strong communication skills, warm,gentle and engaging with parents and babies, are essential for success in this role.
- familiarity with music or rhythm-based activities is an asset (training can be provided)
- creative, flexible and open to contributing to different areas of the studio as needed (planning, setup, creative ideas...)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
