**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses.
- Administer medications and manage pain effectively for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, ensuring appropriate developmental assessments.
- Maintain accurate medical records using MedAccess electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, wellness strategies, and preventive care.
- Flexible Schedule available (Full-time, Part-Time, Locum, Weekends, Extended Hours Only etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution and must licensed in Canada to practice..
- College certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for board certification.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices relevant to family medicine.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred; familiarity with pain management practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems, particularly MedAccess.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of family medicine.

Pay: $189,392.45-$533,686.01 per year
