**Job Summary**

We new residential cleaning company, seeking reliable and experienced **cleaning staff.**

We are also open to filling this role with a **housekeeping supervisor** to oversee our current staff, and to ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Most importantly, we would like to create a fun environment for our staff and clients, by bringing on someone on board with a good attitude and sense of humour.

Flexibility with availability is key for this position.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of home we contract to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address any guest or resident concerns regarding cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.

**Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment used in housekeeping operations.
- Cleaning experience, driver's license or a vehicle are not necessary but preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently living in Vancouver and hold a valid work permit.
- +1 years of **Residential** (not commercial) cleaning experience.
- Available 7 days a week as our schedule changes on a week-to-week basis.
- Able to commute to Downtown Vancouver to start shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
