We are currently seeking a Change Management Advisor who will play a key role in the development of strategic initiatives and assist employees in technology transformations to achieve business objectives. We are looking for a positive and motivated individual who wants to grow within the organization. This is a junior position that will report to the UX Manager.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) in the planning, development, execution and tracking of change initiatives across the organization
- Work with the UX Manager to play an advisory role with leaders within the project teams.
- Collaborate on the selection of change management strategies using a structured analysis methodology, implementing appropriate action plans and keeping people at the heart of the change
- Evaluate project plans and identify change initiatives necessary for successful project execution
- Conduct a change readiness assessment to determine feasibility and/or timing of implementation
- Provide expertise on risk assessment and dependencies between initiatives
- Develop and support change communication efforts
- Identify change management gaps and recommend corrective actions
- In collaboration with the PMO and UX Manager, ensure visibility of all organizational changes within the company
- Work with the UX team to plan, design and develop training programs and coordinate the information cascade and all training activities
- Take ownership for coordinating process changes within the organization and ensure process maps are in place and maintained

**Qualifications required to be successful in this role**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, learning, communication, education, human resources or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in organizational change management
- Strong presentation and group facilitation experience
- Certification in change management (CCMP, AIM, Prosci® or similar) or project management will be considered an asset
- Experience with digital transformation projects (organization-wide) in an Agile environment
- Proven ability to work virtually, manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering exceptional quality and meeting deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote) required
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be considered an important asset

- Flexibility and availability may be required to meet project deadlines
- Physical ability to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings, including travel
