**What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)** - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and execution-focused environment for the Agile Release Train (ART) - Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, aligning stakeholders around the ART’s vision, objectives, and priorities - Drive continuous and predictable value delivery by overseeing feature estimation, tracking, risk and dependency management, and impediment resolution - Provide clear visibility into ART progress, risks, and issues for leadership and stakeholders - Uphold Agile team practices and standards, facilitate sprint efficiency, and proactively manage risks and impediments - Champion team accountability and ownership across all levels of delivery. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing actionable enhancement plans - Partner with ART Manager in monitoring key performance indicators, supporting process audits, and embedding practices for Built-In Quality, DevOps, and CI/CD **Your Skills & Experience (Required Qualifications)** - Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Software, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience - 5+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably in the vehicle dynamics domain - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team - Excellent time management, oral and written communication skills - Experience with automotive software standards, test methods/procedures and build processes; test-driven development and behavior-driven development (TDD and BDD) - Experience working in an agile environment - Experience with software configuration management processes and tools (eg: Atlassian Jira, Optimus, GIT Suites, etc.) - Knowledge of controls theory and the software development process - Must be legally allowed to work in Canada and able to travel to the US GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
