We’re looking for an **organized and detail-oriented Office Accounting & Administrative Clerk** with exceptional Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly—handling everything from data entry, invoicing, and payroll administration to ordering office supplies and providing general administrative support.

J1S Electrical Services is a family-owned, full-service electrical contracting company serving commercial and industrial markets in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team prioritizes customer satisfaction and consistently delivers top-tier electrical services and workmanship.

This is a **full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday)** based in **Grande Pointe, MB**—just 5 minutes south of the perimeter.

**What you'll do**
- Track employee hours, job assignments, and receipts with accuracy.
- Manage invoicing, payables, and job costing.
- Handle and document employee credit card expenses promptly and accurately.
- Order and maintain office supply inventory to support daily operations.
- Ensure timely submission of insurance certificates, workers' compensation documentation, and statutory declarations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and send job quotes promptly and professionally.
- Assist electricians with requests, such as preparing and printing panel directories.
- Monitor weekly job site schedules, ensure safety compliance, print blueprints, organize job manuals, and assist with tool inventory as needed.
- Gather and organize photos for social media, advertising, and website purposes, and post to social media accounts.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**What we're looking for**
- Post-secondary education or certification in administrative/secretarial fields or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency along with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Adobe).
- Experience with Payworks, Sage, SiteDocs, and Asset Panda is an asset.
- Completion of CSAM COR Construction Education is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Electrical industry knowledge or experience is an asset.
- Strong math skills are essential.

**Condition of Employment**
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
