Installe, dépanne, répare et exécute des opérations de maintenance hautement diversifiées sur la production de l’usine et les équipements des installations, conformément aux systèmes et processus de sécurité et de maintenance productifs pour soutenir la réalisation des buts et objectifs commerciaux du site. Effectue des activités de maintenance préventive planifiées sur les machines, les équipements et les installations de l'usine, ainsi que les réparations d'urgence et imprévues dans le but d'optimiser les performances de l'usine et l'efficacité opérationnelle de l'usine. Lit et interprète les manuels d'équipement et les bons de travail pour effectuer la maintenance et les services requis.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Procéder au dépannage et à la réparation des équipements de production de l’usine et du bâtiment, tant électrique que mécanique
- Réaliser l’entretien préventif et correctif sur les équipements et apporter des solutions aux problèmes techniques
- Procéder à des inspections périodiques des outils et équipements et faire les ajustements requis afin d’assurer leur bon fonctionnement
- Contacter les fournisseurs pour du soutien technique, soumissions ou appels de service
- Former les utilisateurs sur le bon entretien de leurs outils et équipements lorsque requis
- Organiser le département de maintenance en suivant les principes 5S
- Mettre en place et maintenir à jour les registres de réparation des équipements
- Mettre en place et maintenir à jour les calendriers et fiches de maintenance préventive
- Gérer l’inventaire de pièces de rechange (kanban)
- Préparer des réquisitions d’achat
- Assurer un suivi quotidien des demandes de réparations/modifications/entretien inscrits dans le fichier de demandes
- Participer activement à la mise en place et à l’optimisation de la sécurité des machines
- Participer à diverses installations ou projets d’amélioration continue
- S’assure de respecter les standards de qualité
- Assurer un support technique en dehors des heures de travail en cas d’urgence
- Range ses outils, le matériel, et voie à la propreté de son aire de travail
