Should have good experience of LTL cross dock and planning.
- Check, Updation of dock worksheet daily and share with concerned Manager
- Check and order dock/warehouse supply i.e. propane, skids wraps, empty pallets, etc. To maintain a list of materials, ensuring a minimum level of inventory at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area including the cross dock and office area and follow all required company policies and quality control standards operating procedures
- Planning break period for team members and ensuring team should follow it strictly
- Ensuring proper documentation like Manifest sheet, scanning of papers, sharing photos in a group with a trailer no(loading/unloading) & load detail, Pre-trip/Post-trip detail(Truck/Trailer photo with PDI report).
- Communicate with all drivers and concerned Dispatch team/members to ensure Operational efficiency and productivity goals are met.
- Control trucks and route productivity by ensuring that Forklift operator load each truck in sequence of stops
- Properly performs tasks to assure safety and to prevent damage to freight
- Responsible and answerable for overall dock daily operations
- Evaluating team’s performance and taking corrective actions/measures if required

Minimum Experience
- 2 Years in LTL

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dock Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
