We are looking for a motivated and diligent Information Security Analyst to join our Data Protection team. In this role, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and processes to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do- Monitor and analyze DLP alerts and incidents to identify potential data leakage or policy violations.- Assist in the configuration and tuning of DLP policies and rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.- Investigate and escalate DLP incidents in accordance with established procedures.- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure proper handling of sensitive data.- Support the development and delivery of DLP awareness training and documentation.- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to DLP activities and incidents.- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and DLP technologies.

What you'll bring- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience in information security or IT support, preferably with exposure to DLP or data protection tools.- Basic understanding of DLP technologies (e.g., Symantec, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian).- Familiarity with security concepts such as encryption, access control, and data classification.- Experience with SIEM tools, ticketing systems, or incident response platforms is a plus.- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is desirable.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Any industry certification like CompTIA Security+ / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Associate / GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF) will be nice to have.
