Tayco is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Marketing Team on a **part-time** basis to help us reach a new vision. We are looking for someone who is aligned with our core values of Ownership, Progressive, Efficient, and Enjoyable Experiences.

The Marketing Material/Literature Coordinator, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, is responsible for Tayco's Literature Program, including but not limited to, maintaining all promotional items, packing orders, creating shipping labels, and assisting the Marketing Team when needed. This is a part-time role which requires being on-site at Tayco's head office Monday to Friday for 4 hours each day.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain Tayco and BRC's literature program including:

- Fulfilling orders by picking, packing and creating shipping labels
- Communicating with third-party shipping companies to track packages as required
- Maintaining and utilizing Tayco's Kanban systems to keep proper stock levels
- Reporting on stock levels on a monthly basis
- Working with Marketing Manager to have artwork created for changes to literature materials
- Re-ordering materials through Procurement as necessary
- Collaborate efficiently and seamlessly with Marketing Team to develop improved literature efficiency
- Maintain Tayco and BRC swag orders.
- Assist in packing and shipping mailouts in conjunction with the Marketing Teams promotional strategies
- Actively participate and engage in the Social Committee's activities and initiatives
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Work well with others, and take direction and criticism in a positive manner.
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Some physical labour is required. Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- This is a part-time role which requires being on-site at Tayco's head office Monday to Friday for 4 hours each day.
