**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a skilled **Siding Installer** with a strong background in the installation and repair of siding systems. This is a hands-on role focused on improving the appearance, durability, and energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install a variety of siding materials including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement.
- Perform siding repairs, replacements, and finishing work with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure proper flashing, sealing, and water resistance during installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers, crew members, and clients to ensure top-quality results.
- Assist with related tasks in roofing or weatherproofing when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of siding installation experience** (required).
- Strong working knowledge of siding techniques, tools, and materials.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
- Familiarity with general construction and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekends or on-call work as needed

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
