**Responsibilities**:

- Procure parts and materials from various suppliers to support dealership operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Utilize computer systems to track orders, update inventory, and generate reports
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or HVAC industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of parts procurement processes and supply chain management
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify parts based on customer descriptions or specifications

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
