Some are fully remote and others are truly hybrid - it all comes down to what's best for the team and for everyone FreshBooks builds for. **The Opportunity - Partner Consultant**: NOTE: This role can be worked** remotely** from the above location. **What You'll Do as a Partner Consultant** - Nurture accounting professionals in the partner program by reaching out to new partners and existing partners, elevating their partner experience - Forecasting and managing sales opportunities in Salesforce - Work your outbound cadences and make up to 30+ touch points a day with partners - Meet and exceed your monthly quota of client upgrades and revenue targets - Conducting platform demonstrations for prospective FreshBooks clients - Build trusted relationships with accounting professionals in the program and enthusiastically support their use of FreshBooks with their clients - Consult with partners in the program, providing them with assistance, resources, education, practice development consulting, creative solutions and a listening ear - Work across departments including the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure proper and successful implementation, and ensure that accountant feedback is received and responded to internally - Operate as an advocate and an ambassador for the accounting partner program, both within the company and within the accounting industry **What You'll Bring to the Role** - 2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience, preferably in the accounting industry, with a proven track record of overachieving quotas and holding an undergraduate degree - Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot - Adept at adjusting "on the fly" in order to meet partner requirements while demonstrating strong business acumen and a commitment to delivering a top-tier partner experience. - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation skills (online and in person) - Occasional travel will be required for this role - Readiness to be present at the office when necessary **You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In** - Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, SaaS and/or payments processing industries - A passion for the cloud accounting industry and utilizing technology to enhance the relationships between accounting professionals and business owners **Our Commitments to You**: At FreshBooks each person knows their opinion is valued, and can see their impact on the lives of over 10 million small business owners around the world.
