**Description**:
**EDUCATION**:

- _ An advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD or equivalent) in a health or science related field and 2-4 years of research experience and community engagement. _
- TCPS CORE 2 certification and GCP certification (required within 4 weeks of hiring)

**OTHER**:

- Strong computer skills, particularly with database, spreadsheet and word processing
- Organizational and time management skills, including multi-tasking and flexibility to adapt to changing workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn new skills
- Awareness and sensitivity to diverse communities and priority/equity-deserving populations

**EXPERIENCE**:

- At least three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated expertise in supporting and coordinating the design, implementation, and evaluation of research projects and community engagement initiatives
- At least 2 years’ experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research
- Coordinate communication between the team members and internal and external partners

**OTHER**:

- _ Ability to lead a project and co-ordinate research teams_
