**What You’ll Do**

Gyptech is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to support domestic, trans-border, and international logistics. Your role will involve:

- Coordinating the movement of trans-border and international shipments.
- Preparation of bills of lading and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinating the movement of goods with local fabrication shops.
- Coordinating international air and ocean cargo, as required.
- Measuring and reporting of performance (e.g., on time delivery, shipment accuracy).
- Assisting in determining Harmonization codes and Country of Origin.
- Working with the Shipping/Receiving Department to establish cargo ship dates.
- Communicating with our customer service team and end users regarding their shipments.

This position is based out of our head office in Burlington, with occasional travel to our manufacturing facility in Oakville

**What You Offer**
- 3-5 years of related logistics experience primarily with trans-border trucking (LTL & FTL), USA customs requirements, and international air and ocean (LCL & FCL) freight experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to a high level of service and performance.
- Demonstrated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment is a must.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with external and internal customers (Purchasing, Project Management, Customer Service, Customers, Suppliers).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
- Brokerage experience (an asset) and CIFFA Certification (an asset).
