**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize a variety of manual therapies including stretching, gentle pressure, and joint manipulation to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote healing.
- Take a holistic approach to patient care, integrating knowledge of how different systems in the body (muscular, skeletal, circulatory, etc.) interact to optimize treatment.
- Provide exceptional patient education, offering guidance on self-care strategies, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term health and prevent recurring issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing treatment plans and patient records.
- Stay updated on the latest osteopathic techniques through ongoing learning and professional development.
- Actively contribute to RST’s community-building and patient engagement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Osteopathy from an accredited institution.
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized Osteopathic Association in Alberta
- Experience in musculoskeletal therapy, manual therapies, or alternative medicine.
- Proficiency in osteopathic techniques such as joint manipulation, stretching, and soft tissue therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Osteopath: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Osteopath Certification (preferred)
Work Location: In person
