**Summary**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Technology deployment for assigned stores.
- Equipment ordering for new and existing stores with regular follow up.
- Responsible for ordering ISP for new stores and installation of routers and modems.
- Coordinate the installation of hardware components in Reno, New Stores, Ecomm to include. POS controllers, Server, BDMS Workstations, Access Points Symbol Ordering Guns, Printers and POS terminals, etc.
- Personalize and configure the system for the specific needs of the store.
- Order Global Payment, Merchant ID and Pin Pad installations.
- Pack equipment before shipping to new stores.
- Arrange I Loads for new stores and follow up to ensure I Load is in place before store scan commences at new stores.
- Work in conjunction with Store Design to review the blueprints of offices at new stores and make changes if necessary.
- Coordinate service from Vendors i.e. Cat 5/6 cabling, POS installation, Scanner Scale certifications, Service Department Scale installation.
- Work closely with the Project Managers at new store openings to ensure timelines are kept for hardware installations. Ensure that the correct power and Cat 5 locations are installed. Attend site meetings.
- Assist the Manager of Store Technical Services with ongoing projects.
- Set-up hardware reconfiguration, if required.
- Help Desk support on a rotational basis achieving 85% service level.
- Level 3 support for after hours “on call” pager support for stores on rotational basis.
- Create or Update documentation.
- Meet with Maintenance Project Manager for store closures to ensure appropriate IT equipment is returned to appropriate vendors
- Hardware trouble shooting.
