Willms Excavating Ltd. is a family run business that has been in operation for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in good workmanship and maintaining relationships with longstanding clients.

We are looking for a Labourer who will assist members of our team on the job site which will include physical tasks to ensure excavation & construction details are safely met. This position is for a hardworking, dependable, physically fit individual.

This is a full-time position plus overtime.

Responsibilities will include:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Operate small hand and power tools
- Lay pipe and underground material
- Physically fit with the ability to carry and lift 50-100 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willing to take direction and learn new skills
- Attention to detail with regards to safety on the job
- Willing to work as part of a team

Qualifications include:

- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Good communication skills

Opportunities:

Work Location
- Region of Waterloo, Centre Wellington & other Southern Ontario locations

**References Required**

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
