**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
- Respond to service requests from clients or management for repairs and maintenance.
- Install and repair fixtures, painting, and other handyman service as needed.
- Own basic tools required (cordless) in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
- Fill out work orders of jobs done and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a good background in maintenance and repair work.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for repairs.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
