**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various types of beverages, cocktails, and garnishes is advantageous.
- Must possess strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
