**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling, customer service, and retail sales are essential.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
