**The Role: Bakery Production Line Operator**

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our second shift team. You’ll be hands-on in the heart of our production floor, helping shape, load, and manage bread and rolls as they move through the line. This is a physically active, fast-moving job that requires focus, hustle, and a team-first mindset.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Operate production line equipment (sheeters, molders, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Load dough into machines and monitor product flow
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Keep the line stocked, organized, and running smoothly
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Work closely with the shaping, packing, and baking teams
- Follow all food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures
- Help with other production tasks as needed — we support each other

**Who You Are**
- You’ve worked in a commercial bakery or food production setting (1+ year preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- You’re good with your hands and have solid attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with repetitive tasks and working on your feet for a full shift
- You can lift up to 25kg and handle a fast-paced environment
- You’re dependable, adaptable, and team-focused
- **You’re available for second shift work, including weekends and holidays**

**Hourly Wage**:$20 - $25 (Negotiable)

**Hours**: Full-time, Flexibilty, Weekends and Holidays

Pay: $20.00-$205.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
