We are seeking skilled Class 1 & 3 Operators to join our team in the oilfield industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in industrial cleaning and vacuum truck operations. As a Class 1 & 3 Operator, you will be responsible for performing industrial cleaning tasks using vac trucks, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of various oilfield sites. This is a rotational position with a 20/10 schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance making $120,000 a year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Class 1 and/or Class 3 vehicles, specifically vac trucks, for industrial cleaning purposes in the oilfield.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicles and equipment.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to high-pressure water blasting, tank cleaning, and spill response.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for waste disposal and containment, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including logbooks, work orders, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 1 and/or Class 3 driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Must hold valid certifications for **CSO, H2S, First Aid**, and either Class 1 or 3 (or both).
- Previous experience operating vac trucks for industrial cleaning purposes is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of oilfield and industrial cleaning processes, including high-pressure water blasting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to industrial cleaning and hazardous materials.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work long hours and overtime as required.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (20 days on, 10 days off).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00 per hour
