**Overview**
AAC Towing is seeking an energetic, customer service driven person to join our team. On the job training will be provided, having towing experience is an asset but not necessary. This person will need to be safety oriented, good communication skills and a team player. Daily observations of the company fleet prior to assisting customer calls. Navigational skills is a must ( Google maps etc ). Using our trucks capabilities to transport cars/trucks and other items safely to their destination.

**Duties**
- Safely operate and maintain company trucks, ensuring it meets all safety standards and regulations.
- Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle, including basic automotive repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.

**Experience**
- Valid drivers licence
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Background in automotive repair can enhance your ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues on the road.
- Prior experience in freight transportation or logistics is beneficial.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-01
