With 25 years of excellence, Campo Equipment is a leading North American Equipment Manufacturer having experienced success and consistent growth in our specialty product, Ecoblaze. Campo is recognized locally, nationally, and internationally in the portable heating industry.

Due to Campo’s continual growth, we are now looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. This position ensures current customers have the right products and services and are well satisfied. Further, this position identifies new markets and generates interest from prospective customers. The Territory Sales Manager is expected to manage their market and be a champion of Campo. This is an exciting time to be a territory manager for Campo. This segment of the equipment market is booming, and recent industry developments have opened immediate opportunities for substantial growth.

**Duties **and Responsibilities**
- Sell new equipment into the territory (Ontario and provinces to the east)
- Complete sales documentation and CRM input in a timely and accurate manner.
- Get to know the territory, create relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Represent Campo with integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Become a product expert, using relational and technical sales techniques to drive territory growth.
- Keep current on customer business activities. Earn the right to be a valued partner with Campo customers.
- This is a large territory and the ability to travel by air or pickup truck with enclosed trailer is required (65-70%)
- Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales activities, market developments, and customer feedback.
- Attend trade shows in the US and Canada, customer open houses, special events, etc.

**Required **Skills (Demonstrable/Verifiable)**
- Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build new relationships and ‘build on’ existing relationships.
- Familiarity with Eastern Canada’s market dynamics and customer preferences.
- In the support of company growth, flexibility when asked to perform tasks that may not be directly associated with above duties and responsibilities.

**Required **Experience**
- Proven track record in construction equipment sales and business development, along with experience in the equipment rental business an asset.
- 3+ years demonstrable achievements, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with portable heating systems is an asset.
- Ability to drive and produce a drivers abstract acceptable to Campo Equipment, with no major infractions.
- Able to travel locally, nationally, and internationally inclusive of possessing a valid passport.
