**About the Role - Electrical Quotations Specialist**

Province Electric Supply is looking for a team player with knowledge of electrical products, power and controls, lighting, and services to join our Project team as a Quotations Specialist.

The Quotations Specialist coordinates and interprets drawings and electrical specifications for project quotations. They drive process excellence to ensure costs and products match the specified project requirements. Upon job reward, they facilitate project hand-off to the Project Coordinator for execution.

Major Responsibilities
- Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotations
- Determine the most cost-effective options to meet project specifications
- Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from customers
- Meets with core supply chain to build solid and profitable relationships that benefit the company and gives vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to the company
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within the company’s quotation program
- Communicates critical information to Purchasing and Field Sales Associates, who request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- EIT, CET graduate or three years experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls, and lighting
- Exceptional communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to meet essential deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills.
