Construction Project Manager/estimator

**Job Details**:

- Permanent Full time: Monday - Friday (some travel may be required, paid by the company)
- Salary: Ranging from $63,000 - $75,000 annually, based on relevant work experience

**Job Summary**:

- The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible to provide cost estimates for roofing or reroofing of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings and effectively manage these projects.
- The estimation will include all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
- Must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the client while successfully directing the Project Foremen and crews in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.
- This individual will work closely with the Branch Manager & foremen and fulfill an integral role on the project.
- The Project Manager/Estimator must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.

**Other requirements for this role may include**:

- Minimum of 4+ years working in Commercial/Industrial Roofing
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work well in outdoor elements in a team environment
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Abstract required
- Some weekend flexibility may be required at times
- Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Overtime as required
- Hazards associated with the trade
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Will be exposed to construction sites
