**Concrete and Rebar Project Manager**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Concrete and Rebar Project Manager to oversee the production and completion of large-scale projects. Being a multi-tasker with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills would be best. You could effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At the start of each project, you will collaborate with other department heads to discuss the scope and budget. Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day management of projects and staff to ensure quality, client standards, and schedule requirements are met.
- Good knowledge of the Checking and Modeling process is desired.
- Prepare drawing packages and issue them to the client as scheduled delivery dates.
- Manage RFIs and Change Orders.
- Coordinate with HQ to meet project requirements.
- Work directly with the operations manager to ensure client satisfaction.
- Should have exposure to any of the codes like CISC & AISC
- Handle the Modelers, Checkers, and Editors team to achieve desired results.
- Meeting Project Delivery Deadlines.
- Ensure all the office procedures, manuals, and client standards are understood and followed meticulously by the staff.
- Keeping track of schedules and deliverables on all the jobs
- Guide and interact with house modelling and editing teams and ensure all learning on the job is passed onto the team.
- Maintain project reports and trackers.
- Coordinate with all internal departments and clients based on their needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced level of knowledge of Tekla Structures.
- Must know AISC & CISC Standards.
- Considerable proficiency and experience in working on Commercial US Projects.
- Proven project management and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance.
- Is deadline driven with an attention to detail.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in AISC / CISC Projects.
- Must have good communication skills. (Written & Spoken).
- Must have good experience in Model Checking.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/certificate
- Canadian Citizenship/Legally able to work in Canada
